Peacock

I made this because it was suggested to me, and I had nothing else to do.

The peacock is the hardest model in my Origami book. It takes fifty steps, and close to a hundred different folds. It took more than half an hour, not including when I had to start it again. I've been putting off making one for about five years, since every time I looked at the instructions for it they scared me.

It is made from a 2:1 rectangle of paper which I carefully tore off an A3 sheet.

I'm not too happy with the head or the legs and feet, but the rest worked out okay. I think it would work a lot better with thinner paper, rather than the thick almost-card I used.
